I bought a pattern by mistake, can I have a refund?

Because these patterns are digital goods delivered via Internet download, I generally don’t offer refunds on patterns. Refund requests made after you have downloaded my pattern will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Refunds for mistaken or accidental purchases will be issued at my sole discretion. Refund requests must be made within thirty (30) days of your original purchase.

 

Please, read listings very carefully before moving to checkout.

I bought a pattern and now I can't find it! Help!

Once your payment fully clears (this could take minutes, hours, or days, and I have absolutely no control over it) your new pattern will be sent automatically to the email address you used at checkout.

 

If you've waited until payment fully cleared, and you still can't find your pattern, it could be tucked in your spam/junk folder, so please give that a quick peek. If it's not in there, please send an email to topstitchescrochet@gmail.com, or use the contact form on this page to let me know there was a hiccup.

I'm happy to send another copy of your pattern to your preferred email address anytime.

Where can I find the yarn listed in your patterns?

Most of the yarn I use is found at local craft stores such as Joann Fabrics, Michael's and Hobby Lobby (aka the devil's lair). Red Heart Super Saver is the yarn brand I use most often, and it can be found nearly everywhere yarn is sold in the US.

If you're having trouble locating the brands and colors I mentioned, note that any 100% acrylic worsted weight yarn will work perfectly with my patterns. If you cannot find 100% acrylic yarn, a worsted weight yarn without any stretch to it will be the best choice.
